Dr SATISH CHANDRA
Dr. Satish Chandra is a Graduate of Law from India practicing in different courts in Delhi. He has 33 years of Public Management experience in India, the USA, and Afghanistan. He seeks to leverage his extensive knowledge and academic training to contribute to the legal profession by providing legal services for public, corporate, and non-profit organizations as an advocate. He is also competent in quasi-judicial processes like Industrial Disputes, Labour Laws, Corporate and Commercial Laws, Arbitration, and other laws in his assignments as the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, with Employees Provident Fund Organization, Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India. He has hands-on experience developing various legislations with experts at Afghanistan Sub National Governance Programme, UNDP, and Afghanistan. The advisory role has contributed to policy-making processes to the development and welfare verticals at the National and Sub–National levels.
Dr. Chandra may leverage his experience in connecting the dots faced by most organizations — seeking solutions to address competition pressures, uncertainties due to intermittent recurrence of pandemic-led crises, integration challenges across the global market due to emerging concerns, and sustainability issues.
An accomplished professional in constitutionalism, various acts, rules, and regulations cross-cutting for the management of institutional strengthening in the Government System. He has learned and applied the tools and techniques of Public Administration and Public Finance that are significant for Good Governance.
